Frequently Asked Questions

Attendees list

If you are contacted by someone offering you the attendees list of EFECS: this is fake. The attendees list that they offer is not real and does not contain any details of EFECS participants. Your details are stored securely in the EFECS database and the EFECS office respects the GDPR regulations. The EFECS attendees list is only accessible for registrants of the event, through their EFECS login account and their B2Match account.

How to apply for a pitch

EFECS enables consortium building for RD&I projects. Among the opportunities is a 5-minute  pitch of new project ideas, and poster space in the exhibition. In order to apply for a pitch, please submit your project idea in the ECS Collaboration Tool and select the pitch and poster option. A pitch will promote your project idea to the entire EFECS audience, while a poster in the exhibition increases your idea's visibility and will help participants to find your project idea more easily. For more information, check the project ideas page.

How to apply for a poster

EFECS enables you to showcase your project idea at the EFECS exhibition. Easily apply for a poster spot (and pitch spot) in the ECS Collaboration Tool (ECT) and download the poster template. Please note that there is limited space, allocated on a first come first served basis.

Even if you do not have a project idea yourself, the ECS Collaboration Tool is still useful. You can view project ideas from others, join their consortia, build and enlarge your network and communicate with possible partners.

How to apply for a booth

EFECS is the perfect place for networking, inspiration and dissemination. The exhibition is open for RD&I projects, affiliations and (member) SMEs, all related to Electronic Components and Systems (ECS).
