The theme of this session is to show how cooperative R&I projects from the full ECS value chain impact European Industrial competitiveness. This session also gives some examples on how successive projects under the different complementing programmes build on each other’s results to generate impact.
This session starts with a presentation on the impact for Europe of the IPCEI on Microelectronics, followed by a number of ECSEL project presentations that have been foundational to the work performed in the IPCEI on Microelectronics. Next to this, a number of projects from complementing ECS domains present their impact on the competitiveness position of Europe.
The session will start with the views from IPCEI, followed by projects and optionally companies. A panel session with the speakers and (optional) additional guests, to exchange views and ideas, concludes the session.
